We visited a restaurant in the Northern United States in early 2021 to help grow their business. The owner was having good results but was unsure what to work on next.
After a few days in her restaurant, it was obvious the clientele enjoyed visiting the relaxed atmosphere, as well as the down to earth menu offerings. As we ate through the menu (and great Knoephla soup), talked with diners, and got to know the staff, we discovered opportunities. Polishing her menu, developing additional selections, as well reconfiguring her dining area freshened up the offerings and put her on the path for a 10-15% sales boost.
